Abstract
To evaluate the role of high-frequency transabdominal bowel sonography (TABS) in the diagnosis of functional and organic colonic diseases, 35 patients with symptoms suggestive of colonic diseases were examined by both colonoscopy with biopsy from any suspected lesions and the high-frequency TABS.
