Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the theoretical frameworks of open university education in terms of its concept, goals, philosophy and importance, and to identify the concept of administrative organization and its reality in the institutions of open university education in Egypt, and to study the administrative organization of open university education through the experience of South Africa Open University
The study used the descriptive methodology, in addition to a strategic planning method (SWOT Analysis).
The study also provided some recommendations and proposals for the development of administrative organization of the Open University education in Egypt in the light of the experience of the South Africa Open University.
