MODELING ALGORITHMIC FOR OPTIMAL ‎ PULSE WIDTH MODULATION

Abstract


This paper describes a new accurate digital technique for optimal harmonic elimination in pulse-width ‎modulation (PWM) inverters. The laws governing the switching angles of the PWM strategy with novel ‎analytical algorithmic expression are developed. The algorithmic expression, which is executed in real time, is ‎derived from accurate modeling of off-line prepared switching patterns. This enables almost total elimination of ‎a wide band of harmonic voltages. In addition controlling of the fundamental voltage is achieved.‎
