Abstract


Aim of the Research : This Research aimed at identifying the effect of using Proposed Program Based on using The Negotiation Approach to the teaching of history in the development of Reflective Thinking , Dialogue Skills, The Values of Tolerance s for Majors . Sample study was formed of (40) majors in the 4th level, History Department.
Tools of the Research :
Teaching Tools: The Proposed Program Based on using The Negotiation Approach (prepared by the researcher)
- Teacher Student’s Activities book. (prepared by the researcher)

Evaluative Tools :
- reflective thinking test.
- Dialogue Skills Checklist.
- measurement of Tolerance Values.
Research Group: Sample study was formed of (40) majors in the 4th level, History Department in The Women College.
Implementing the research experiment though the Pre-administration of research tools, teaching the Proposed Program on the use of negotiating approach , The Post- administration of research tools and interpreting the research results. The findings showed there is A statistically Significant differences between the Pre- Post administrations of the reflective thinking test, Dialogue Skills Checklist, measurement of Tolerance Values in Favor of the post administration .The effectiveness of the suggested program on developing Reflective Thinking , Dialogue Skills and Tolerance Values.
