Burnout and its Relationship to Job Satisfaction for Members of Faculty of Eucation Ain shams University

Abstract


: This study aims to discover the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction for members of faculty of education Ain shams university.
The sample of study: was (160) from members of faculty of education. (50) were females and (110) were males.
The tools of study:
1- burnout scale, papered by (Maslach, Jackson, 1986) which translated and papered to Arabic environment by (the researcher).
2- job satisfaction scale, papered by (the researcher).
The statistics of study : were correlation coefficient, percentage weight, t-Test-
One Way ANOVA-Scheffe-Post Hoc Test.
The Conclusion of study : were as follow:
1- There is relation negative between burnout and job satisfaction for members of faculty of education Ain shams university.
2- There is medium level of burnout for members of faculty of education Ain shams university.
3- There is medium level of job satisfaction for members of faculty of education Ain Shams University.
