Abstract
Employees’ job satisfaction and their organizational commitment are determinants of the quality of the
work in any organization. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among staff nurses. It was carried out at Central Quesina Hospital
in Menoufyia using a descriptive correctional design on a convenience sample of 142 staff nurses. A self
