Abstract


We present an analysis of unsteady magneto-hydrodynamics flow of incompressible electrically conducting fluid through a porous medium between two infinite parallel walls, one of them moving with a uniform velocity under the action of transverse magnetic field, taking into account the couple stress effect. The moving wall is subjected to a suction whose magnitude oscillates with respect to time over a constant mean. The solution is obtained by Lighthill
