Developing Intellectual Capital in Faculties of Education on the Light of Knowledge Society Implications

The study aimed to know how to developing intellectual capital in the faculties of education in Egypt on the light of the knowledge society implications and to propose a proposed strategy for achieving this objective.
       In order to achieve this objective the study clarifies the foundations of conceptual and theoretical foundations of intellectual capital in terms of: its concept, the historical and philosophical social dimensions of intellectual capital, and the relationship between intellectual capital and some of the concepts associated with it and its interrelatedness, as well as the characteristics of intellectual capital, Its components and measurement.
The study also tackled the theoretical and intellectual frameworks of the knowledge society by shedding light on the concept of the knowledge society, its characteristics, its causes, the reasons for seeking it, the concept of the knowledge society and its characteristics, the relationship between the knowledge society and its implications and the intellectual capital and its development, Educational, social, cultural, technological, educational, and its advantages and opportunities in the development of intellectual capital in the faculties of education in Egypt, which is an analysis of the external environment for the development of intellectual capital in faculties of education, in addition to the historical and social context of education colleges, and the dimensions of intellectual capital development in the faculties of education, in addition to the reality of the development of intellectual capital in the faculties of education, which is the reality of the production lines of intellectual capital in the faculties of education, which includes the elements of human capital and structural capital, and customer capital, and hence the most important aspects of the strengths and weaknesses in the development of intellectual capital in the faculties of education.
 The study also carried out a field study to survey the opinion of experts on the evaluation of the elements of the quadratic environmental analysis for the development of intellectual capital in the faculties of education in Egypt. In light of this, the study presented a proposed strategy for the development of intellectual capital in the faculties of education in Egypt in light of the knowledge society implications .
