Abstract

The present research work aims chiefly to through more lights on the chemical behaviour of some life essential drugs such as amoxicillin trihydrate (ACT), Codeine phosphate (Cod. P), Cefadroxil (CD) and Diasepam. These drugs, their related derivative and some oftheir commonly used salts are of very important medical importance and they have essential biological roles in curing different kinds of diseases. They take several pass ways in a man body, interact in different modes with possible present cations in vivo systems in aqueous media. If curing doses of these pharmaceuticals envisaged the permitted levels they become toxic and dangers especially drugs e.g:, codiene and diazepam. Consequently it is important to manipulate their chemical interaction with some important transition metal cations of vital biological roles e.g. iron, cobalt nickel copper, and zinc together with
rarely present elements (REES) in biological systems.
