Abstract
Critically ill case is defined as case that threat person life as it change person life even after stability of case. Critically ill patients are at high risk for actual or potential life threatening health problem and their health status are unstable so, those patients need complete and intensive nursing care and accurate monitoring to all changes that happen and understanding of all information that appears on devices inside intensive care room (Bruk et al., 2013). Some condition as burn, renal failure congestive heart failure, some cases of vomiting, diarrhea) fluid and electrolytes imbalance lead to some degree of critically ill patients (Lewis et al., 2015).
Nurses who work in critical care units are responsible for providing care to patients who are experiencing or at risk for life – threatening condition. They must assess and monitor the patient closely in order to identify subtle changes in a patients' condition that warrant intermediate intervention
