Abstract


Health and productivity of adults in any country are known to be depending on nutrition and food habits of children. In this connection dietary protein is of the almost importance. Children and sometimes adults refuse to consume meat and fish products but they like much candy, jam, juices and other sweet foods. The last product in particular orange and mango are markedly low in protein which 0.6 and 0.3 %, respectively. This because oflow protein contents of raw materials used for manufacturing juices such as orange and mango which contains 1.4 and 0.7% protein.
