Abstract
The present study was designed to detect the occurrence of silent and early cerebral ischemic insult during left ventriculography and diagnostic cardiac catheterization
During the period from December 2011 till December 2012, Forty three patients were included in the present study. They were recruited from Al-Azhar University hospital (Bab Al sheria hopital). Three cases were excluded from the study; one due to multiple sclerosis (MS) and other two have cerebral infarction. Thus, finally, 40 cases were included in the present study. All cases were submitted to full history taking, clinical examination, laboratory and imaging investigation, ECG echo-cardiography and brain MRI.
