Background: A high Quality of Working Life (QWL) is critical for healthcare organizations to attract and retain qualified, committed and motivated employees. Quality of working life refers to an employee’s satisfaction with working life. Aim: The present study aimed to assess the relationship between quality of work life and turnover intention among staff nurses. Research design: Descriptive- correlational design was used in carrying out this study. Subjects:148 nurses were included in the study. Setting: This study conduct at Alagouza Governmental Hospital. Tools: two self-administrated questionnaires namely: Quality of work life and Anticipated turnover scale. :
