Nancy Raouf Wagid Nawar;

Abstract

The aim of this work to compare between the sensitivity between the new laboratory parameter of Disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (Fibrinogen/C-reactive protein ratio) and the classical parameters of Disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (Fibrin degradation products and D-dimer) in diagnosing overt DIC patients in Intensive care units for the aim of early detection of this life threatening syndrome for early intervention.
