In Egypt, only living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) is taking place.
Biliary complications particularly biliary strictures remain the most common complication following LDLT.
Despite improved efficacy of endoscopic management of biliary complications, they are still considered an important cause of morbidity and graft failure

All underwent living donor liver transplantation at Ain shams centre of organ transplantation at Ain Shams Specialised Hospital (ASCOT) in the period from January 2011 to December 2016 with a follow up period up to December 2017.
The aim of this study is to assess the effect of biliary complications on graft and recipients‘ quality of life.
All subjects enrolled in the study were subjected to data collection of preoperative, operative and postoperative factors including Donor and recipients‘ age, gender and BMI,
