SUMMARY
T
his study included thirty eight OAB patients who were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of detrusor overactivity. Solifenacin 10 mg tab once daily was prescribed for them for 12 weeks after which they were reassessed by IPSS questionnaire and a follow up urodynamic study.
