This study aims to provide clear understanding to the climate in the Eastern Nile Basin region through downscaling of the ERA-Interim reanalysis data using the WRF regional climate model. The research focuses on the hydrological parameters of the WRF simulated variables (e.g. precipitation, temperature and evapotranspiration) to assess the model adequacy for usage in hydrological applications in the present and future
