Background: The elements of organizational climate are significantly related to job satisfaction among nursing teaching staff members and their assistants. Organizational climate have impact on staff turnover and individual and organizational productivity. Aim: to compare between organizational climate and job satisfaction among nursing teaching staff members and their assistants. Research design: A comparative, correlational design. Setting: the study was conducted at faculty of nursing, affiliated to Ain Shams University.
