yocardial Infarction carries a significant morbidity, psychological effects, and financial constraints for the patient and the family when it occurs at young age. However there is limited data on the clinical features of young adults with AMI in Egypt and the Middle Eastern region. We therefore sought to investigate the clinical characteristics of this age group in Egypt.
The aim of our study is To establish a cross sectional observational Study for young adults less than 45 years old presenting with 1st time STEMI or Non Stemi at Ain Shams University Hospitals to determine the demographic data, risk factors especially Drug abuse Patterns in this special category.
