Abstract
The aim of study is to correlatebetween disturbed Kappa to Lambda ratio and other prognostic parameters used in diagnosis of Multiple Myeloma as age, sex, Plasma cell count in bone marrow ,B2 macroglobulin, SPEP,IF and cytogeneticand its impact on the outcome after induction.
The study was conducted on 28 newly diagnosed Egyptian MM patients in Ain shams university hospitals and sheikh zaied specialized hospital.
