AIM OF THE WORK

he aim of this work is to study the effect of dexamethasone as an adjuvant to bupivacaine either intravenous or perineural in ultrasound guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block in prolongation of postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing wrist arthroscopy.
