Abstract
Nursing manpower is one of the most important resources for healthcare organizations that represent a critical element in their success. When there is turnover intention, the quality of care provided to the population will be at risk. Organizational studies suggest that intention to leave is important for organizations and researchers because once people have actually translated their intention to quit into action; there is little likelihood of gaining access to them to understand their prior situation (Elguindy, 2017).
The aim of this study was assessing the factors affecting intention to leave the work among staff nurses in two governmental hospitals through determine factors affecting intention to leave the work among staff nurses in two governmental hospitals, comparing factors affecting intention to leave the work in two governmental hospitals and finding out the different factors affecting Intention to leave the work among staff nurses.
