Abstract


The results show that there is a significant relationship between talent management (recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee empowerment and succession planning) and service quality. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between talent management and employee engagement at the Egyptian Commercial banks. Moreover, there is a mediating effect of employee engagement on the relationship of talent management and service quality. Applying the components of talent management in both public and private sector banks was in favor of private banks.
