Study the antimicrobial effects of synthesized promoted nano-silver on nosocomial infections

Abstract
The Nosocomial infections are major factor increase the ratio of death in developing countries all over the world.
In a prospective study including 100 consecutive patients in medical intensive care unit, the following variables were analysed and defined as: age, sex and prior systemic antibiotics exposure during hospitalization.
Only 56 samples had a clinical symptoms and the other 44 samples showed no growth and the more predominant organism was Klebsiella pneumonia (34%) and lowest isolated organism was Pseudomonas aeruginosa (7.14%).
