ABSTRACT The economy mainly depends on industry and commerce and the needs of administrative headquarters in order to be able to work within a good system and provide comfort to employees to achieve high productivity. Modern business parks seek to harmonize the business environment with entertainment and provide a working environment. Despite The high costs and economic crises experienced by the country revolutions, which are repulsive investors, however, business parks have emerged strongly in the past few years.
