AUGMENTATION MAMMAPLASTY WITH BREAST LIFT

Abstract

Augmentation mastopexy is concerned with combined approach of inserting an implant that augments the breast volume and repositions the nipple that reduces the envelope. In the absence of risk factors this combined approach in one sitting allows • correction of this more advanced degree of ptosis with less ) extensive surgery and confers a more lasting result than mastopexy alone. It is also necessary to solve the problems of breast ptosis with hyperplasia than augmentation alone. Therefore, it is advantageous to use these procedures simultaneously, this achieving a more balanced result with less morbidity, cost, time and recovery for the patient.
