Abstract
The introduction included some scientific heritage belonging to water characteristics, water pollution and water treatment including the following topics:
1. Coagulation and Flocculation process.
2. Nature of negatively colloidal particles.
3. Coagulants for the Coagulation Process.
4. Coagulants Aids.
5. Natural polymers.
6. Corncobs as natural flocculants.
7. Sedimentation and Filtration Processes.
Chapter II: The experimental work
This chapter included the method of preparing the carbamated corncobs as well as measurements and experiments conducted during the work.
