Abstract
The aim of the present study is to evaluate changes m left ventricular filling early after acute myocardial infarction and to assess the effect of acute myocardial infarction on the diastolic function of the left ventricle and its relation to infarct size using Doppler echocardiography. The present study included 32 patients, (28 males
& 4 femals) all had their first acute myocardial infanction. Patients
