Abstract
اعطي حقن البتدين تحت الجافية بجرعة 0.75 ملغ/كغ بمفردة او بجرعة 0.5 مغ/كغ ممزوجا مع 7.5 - 10 ملغ بوبيفاكائين 0.5 نتائجنتائج جيدة فيما يخص الاحصار الحسي والحركي والتسكين ما بعد الجراحي.
