T
his study was conducted to evaluate the effect of grafting the jumping gap using i-PRF mixed with composite bone graft, around immediately single non-submerged implant in the esthetic zone on the hard and soft tissue at 6 months follow up. 16 fresh extraction sockets in 16 patients (6 male and 10 females, with age range from 26 to 45 years) was recruited in this study. The subjects were randomly allocated into one of the treatments groups. Atraumatic extraction was utilized in both groups using periotome. In the study group, placement of immediate implant was done and the jumping gap between the implants and the socket bony wall was filled with a mixture of injectable platelet rich fibrin and composite bone graft. In the control group, placement of immediate implant was done and jumping gap was filled with composite bone graft alone.
