Mona Mohamed Salah;
Abstract
The aim of our study was to evaluate the effect of the preoperative condition and type of the canal medication on the revascularization outcomes used in permanent necrotic immature teeth.
The clinical study included 32 patients of necrotic immature anterior teeth. Cases were divided equally into 2 groups(Group I, Group II) symptomatic and asymptomatic cases respectively, and each group were divided into two subgroup (sub Group A and sub Group B )using TAP or DAP respectively as intracanal medications. All cases were treated using the antibiotic paste from2-4 weeks, followed by induction of bleeding into the clean disinfected canals, which were then sealed by white MTA coronal plug then evaluated clinically and radiographically in the follow up periods up to 12 months.
