Abstract


Prolactin (PRL) is the third pituitary gonadotrophin hormone which thought to be secreted by pituitary gland but, now, it has been identified also in the thypothalamus, intestinal mucosa, benign and malignant tumours and endometrium. In human there are some published evidence which incriminate high circulating serum prolactin level tn both early and advanced br•east cancer.

The primary object of this work was to correlated between the serum prolactin level and cancer breast in female.
