Value of Ultrasonographic Guidance For Operative Hysteroscopy on the Safety and Outcome of the Procedure: Randomized Control Trial

Abstract


This was a Randomized Control Trial was conducted on patients under Operative Hysteroscopy (OH), to assess the value of ultrasound guidance for operative hysteroscopy on decreasing the complication and improving the success rate of the procedure.
Regarding clinical data, we found that; the median age of all patients was ( ) years, and median gravidity was ( ), and median parity was ( ), and median BMI was ( ).
All patients had general anesthesia. Regarding chief complaint and reason for hysteroscopy, ( ) of patients had abortion, ( ) had amenorrhea, ( ) had infertility, ( ) had menorrhagia, and ( ) had oligomenorrhea.
Types of interventions, ( ) of patients had conventional hysteroscopy, and ( ) had U/S guided hysteroscopy.
Findings of hysteroscopy, ( ) of patients had endometrial polyp, ( ) had intra-uterine adhesion, ( ) had submucous fibroid, and ( ) had uterine septum.
Regarding ESGE classification, ( ) of patients were A class, ( ) were B class, ( . ) were G class, ( ) were G class, ( ) were G class, ( ) were G class
