Abstract
Increased income inequality, high unemployment and economic injustice, particularly in developing countries, and the highlighting of the role of Governments in achieving better income distribution have greatly increased the need for good governance. The main objective of the study is to analyze the good governance and its impact on the equality of income distribution in Egypt during the period (1996:2016) using balanced OLS linear regression model, ARIMA model and OLS multiple regression model. The results showed that good governance has a significant impact on the equality of income distribution in Egypt.
