Abstract
ABSTRACT
The aim of Work:
This present study was done to evaluate the incidence of pericardial complications after percutaneous coronary intervention by echocardiography within 24 hours.
Methods
This study conducted in cardiology department at Ain Shams university hospital on 200 consecutive patients undergoing either emergent PCI or elective PCI starting of 10 September to 1st October 2017.
All patient had full history and examination and laboratory tests (CBC. liver function, kidney function, random blood sugar and, electrolytes and cardiac markers). All patients underwent echocardiography study within 24 hours after PCI.
