AIM OF THE WORK

his systematic review intended to determine / assess the effect of botulinum toxin injection on upper limb spasticity in childhood cerebral palsy.
To achieve this goal we constructed the following research questions:
1. What are indications and aims of BTX use?
2. What evidence is there to support its use?
3. What is the optimal dose, frequency and post-injection therapy?
4. What are the complications and side effects of BTX injection?
