Abstract
he aim of the study was to evaluate the antibacterial effect of different irrigating protocols on the biofilm of enterococcus faecalis in root canal.
A total of 144 human single rooted teeth were mechanically prepared using protaper rotary nickel titanium system in the presence of 5.25% NoOCI until finishing file # (40/ 0.6). The tooth length will be standardized to 16 mm from the root apex to the coronal border.
