Utilization of Egyptian cotton in producing fine with high quality to be exported would provide economical advantages allowing Egypt to

dominate world market since it they would be no strong competition in this respect from countries producing yams.

The major role played by cotton in supporting the Egyptian national economy makes it imperative to be aware of cotton yam quality and its improvement to attain better quality, more efforts should be exerted to make the best use and utilization of the superior quality of Egyptian cottons .There is no doubt that Textile industry in Egypt does not utilize the high quality of the Egyptian cottons to realize the maximum potentiality of that type of cotton .

In Fact , the Egyptian cotton varieties are used m domestic Textile industry to produce coarse and medium counts , sacrificing the inherent high quality of their fibres .Thus, the uneconomical processing and utilization of Egyptian cotton would result in reducing revenue .
