Learning objectives:
To describe the technique of upper GI series in children with demonstration of normal radiological anatomy and different imaging findings of various upper GIT pathologies.

Background:
Upper GI series is optimal for evaluating structural anomalies of the upper GIT and dysmotility disorders and also to detect most of upper GIT congenital malformation. It is frequently requested for children complaining of vomiting, dysphagia and recurrent chest infections.
