Abstract


Students' uncivil behavior is a serious problem in
higher education which needs to be addressed and managed
through effective classroom management. Uncivil
behaviors have been associated with negative impacts on
students, faculty staff, faculty and learning environment. It
can lead to impaired relationships between student and
faculty staff and interfere with communication and
collaboration
