Abstract
The pulmonary circulation act as a reservoir of blood during redistribution between venous return and left ventricular output. Pulmonary hypertension occur when pulmonary artery pressure greater than 30 mmHg. Anesthetics affect the pulmonary circulation including inhalational and Intravenous anesthetics.
