Abstract

Safe storage of data and information, helps schools to regain its abilities easily, especially after crisis and catastrophe which may educational organizations faced, as safe storage of data and information enables decision takers to regain the necessary data and information to regain the system inside the school that was faced by a crisis or a catastrophe, as data about staff members, students, student results, school budget records, its abilities from labs and apparatus, teachers’ and employers’ performance reports, and other records, are saved safely away of any damage that may be caused by the crisis or the catastrophe, the matter that contribute to being recovered from it quickly. Secondary Industrial schools can be considered the most exposure educational organization to crisis and catastrophe, because its nature, and the activities that are performed there, and because they are dealing with tools, apparatus, heavy equipments, and labs, which misusing them, may lead to many crisis, that if not being attention to, may be transformed into catastrophes ,that can threaten the school ability to continuously present its services, so preserving databases of this kind of educational organizations, is a must, in order to recall the data that employers, decision makers, and crisis management teams in these schools may need, when trying to regain the school activity during its recovery from crisis or catastrophe, it may face.
