Abstract


The teacher leader practices exceed the traditional shapes of dealing with students, as he can be defined as the one who don’t rely on supervising students tasks inside the class, as his practices, basically depend on building his teaching ability, which aims at enriching students learning and achievements, through his interaction with colleagues, managers, students, and the rest school community members, the matter that can help the teacher affecting in building professional learning communities, which benefit other teachers in different specializations through exchange experiences among all school community members, that resulted in transforming the school into learning community that rely on sustainable learning, exchange experience, cooperation, interaction, flexibility, choosing the suitable pattern to achieve aims according to the nature of the situation, carrying out the matter according to the chosen pattern, being responsible for that choice, the matter that can achieve satisfaction for the teacher, and all group members, also, they can feel self confidence, and their desire to carry out more initiatives, and new tasks.
Friendly leadership can be considered as one of classroom leadership mechanisms, that can teacher depend on to lead his own classroom, and an effective way to deal with his teenagers students, the matter that helps the teacher to overcome the majority of behavioral problems that may happen inside the classroom of the students of this critical stage.
