Background: Over the past 2 decades, Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease has grown from a relatively unknown disease to the most common cause of chronic liver disease in the world. In fact, 25% of the world’s population is currently thought to have NAFLD
Objective: To assess hepatic steatosis and fibrosis by Vibration Controlled Transient Elastography (VCTE) versus other non-invasive assessment scores in Egyptian patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
