Abstract

The applications of "game theory" and "theory of differential games" mainly deal with economic and political conflicting situations.

The study of differential games is a blending of the notions of control theory with the decision structures anq solution concepts of classical game theory. A differential game model can not hence be considere4 as a double control problem. In general we can reduce a differential game model to control model, if we assume that only one player is active.
In the early 1950's Rufus Isaacs's [8], corporation began work

m the field of differential game, theory as Von Neumann was to static
• "non-differential game theory [23], his study was the two player zero sum differential game, zero sum means that the goals of the two

players are slictly opposed .

Starr and Ho. [21,22] initiated the development of the theory of differential games involving N-players whose goals are not totally apposed, they drived the necessary conditions for nonzero sum differential games.
One of the interesting observing arlSlng m the N-player nonzero-sum games is the possibility of coalitions forming among groups of players.
