Abstract

Abstract
Numerous species of soil bacteria which grow in the plant's rhizosphere encourage plant growth and protect plants from multiple phytopathogens by a plethora of mechanisms. These bacteria are collectively called plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR).
This study was conducted to select native rhizobacterial strains from Phaseolus vulgaris L. (P. vulgaris L.) rhizosphere for growth promotion, disease suppression.
