Health Habits and Behaviors among University Students

Abstract


University students are minimally engaged in health-promoting behaviors and exhibit behavioral health risks such as: tobacco use, alcohol, substance abuse, improper diet, physical activities and some diseases such as sexually transmitted diseases, hypertension psychological symptoms, mental illness, obesity and being overweight are also on the rise among college students, these behavior patterns and their consequences typically persist into adulthood university student's health status in later life. This in turn affects the society in a remarkable way because young people are the foundation and the foundation of society and its future (Madureira, Arvanitidou et al., 2018).
Aim of the study:
This study aim to assess health habits and behaviors among university students through:
1- Assessing knowledge of university students regarding health habits
2- Assessing health problems and needs for university students.
3- Assessing health statues of for university students.
4- Assessing health behavior for university student
Research question:
1- Are there relations between socio demographic of university students and their health habits and behaviors?
2- Are that there were association between total knowledge of
