GEOLOGICAL, STRUCTURAL AND RADIOMETRIC STUDIES OF ABU HARBA AREA, NORTH EASTERN DESERT, EGYPT

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to investigate the younger granites of Abu Harba area which was previously carried out by the Egyptian Nuclear Materials Authority, but here this work has shed more light on the structures and radioactivity of Abu Harba area and its associated mineralization to know the reasons for the accumulation in a particular area without the other. It is worth mentioning the consolidation of the present work and its results through hard work at the field as well as the continuous research on the previous works related to the study area and its neighborhood areas linking it through geological, petrographical, structural, radiometrical and mineralogical studies in a simplified language, so summarize the few remaining papers in the previous chapters and focus on some important points as well as make some suggestions through the researcher's point of view.
