Naglaa Allam Ahmed;
Abstract
Microalbuminuria is a marker of greatly increased
cardiovascular morbidity and mortality for patients with NIDDM. The
' .
,I cause of this increase is multifactorial. Growing interest has

The aim of our present work was to assess the fibrinolytic activity in these patients and to correlate the findings to increased
incidence of cardiovascular complications.
For this purpose, the present study was carried on 30 diabetic
