Abstract


Documentation of heritage buildings has become a key issue for most countries to preserve their old treasure buildings and being left and kept in their original shapes. Archaeological buildings are exposed to many atmospheric conditions and personal behaviors that have a negative impact, such as wind, rain and climate change, as well as tampering with those who deal with these facilities. Hence, it is a must and in a deep need for any country to protect these buildings through surveying for the production of a corresponding accurate three dimensional models of these buildings. So, archeological documentation of the facilities is of great importance in the process of restoration.
Accordingly and with the recent development of surveying tools, the non-terrestrial techniques are superior in this field for the versatility
